The Mexican Yoga Blanket has a wide variety of uses. They can be used folded under sitting poses to cushion bones and joints, underneath you in repose positions to insulate from cold flooring, rolled or folded to provide support in poses, or just as a cover to warm you in Savasana.
Two yoga blocks are needed in many poses to provide stability or support by bringing the floor closer to you. Our foam blocks are made from a lightweight, durable, scratch-resistant foam. They are strong and firm enough to support your body weight, but have a soft texture that allows a little 'give' and makes them comfortable to grip. Their beveled edges add comfort, so there will be no sharp edges pressing into your body.
