Julia Butterfly Hill - Superhero Yoga

Julia Butterfly Hill Redwood Forest fame, was the keynote speaker at the Midwest Yoga Conference the weekend of June 4-6. He shared his story of living in a redwood for two years and for this activism, the spiritual need today more than ever. He encouraged all of us to win in our practice on our mats and in the world.
