Yoga for Depression: Motivation and confidence

Yoga is a great motivation. If you have had your day with yoga, meditation, pranayama, japa, yoga postures (asanas), Warm-up Sun Salutations, or a combination of all these - yoga offers many useful motivation techniques for all of us.

However, as some of us to sleep late, drive, unplug the phone, and I wonder if the day is gone. This lack of stress can lead to depression. This is not a recommendation of a stressfulLifestyle, but the reality is that we all need to promote a low stress of daily life, strengthen and motivate us.
