Hugger Mugger Shoulderstand Foam, Four-Piece Set Review
Using these blocks revolutionized my shoulderstand. Before purchasing them, shoulderstand was always something I detested in my practice. It was difficult for me to get enough support from blankets and it was impossible for me to take enough of them with me to class to practice the pose safely (where I practice we have to bring our own equipment). These blocks are lightweight and fit nicely in a large gym bag. I only use two and then I do supplement with a blanket to reduce the "edginess" of blocks.
They are firm and I've been using them for about 6 months and they don't look like they'll need to be replaced anytime soon.
