If you also want to help visit our website at http Mission: Living Yoga is mobilizing non-profit program teaching yoga as a tool for personal transformation in prisons, drug rehab centers and alcohol, transition structures and the population, who would not otherwise have access. Since 1998, Living Yoga has been offering services in the community of young people and adults in yoga asPlatform for transformation and growth. We recognize that the people we serve have one thing in common: they are all locked up in some way. Some live behind walls and barbed wire, the other has created a personal prison of addiction and abuse. Some of our students bring these challenges to the yoga mat. When you open the grace of yoga, we see them move into new ways of being, the development of balance, agility, strength and freedom in their lives.
